In unserem vorherigen Blog-Beitrag haben wir Working Out Loud! vorgestellt.

Im Herbst/Winter 2020 bietet GOTT@DIGITAL einen Einstieg in das Thema „Working Out loud!“ für Interessierte aus christlichen Gemeinden, Werken und der Kirche.

Es handelt sich bei #WOL um ein 12-Wochen-Konzept, bei dem Du in einer Kleingruppe von 4-5 Personen Dich einmal die Woche online oder in Person triffst und mit der Gruppe gemeinsam Methoden und Denkmuster kennenlernst, die Dir helfen, Dich selbst, Deine Gemeinde, Kirche oder Werk (und die Welt um Dich herum) zu verändern.

• Wir bieten zum Thema „WOL in der christlichen Community“ am 23. September 2020, 19.30 Uhr einen Online-Einführungsveranstaltung in #WOL an. Dort lernst Du das Konzept kennen und kannst danach besser beurteilen, auf was Du Dich einlässt. Innerhalb des Termins machen wir auch eine „WOL-Circle“-Einheit in einer Kleingruppe zum „testen“.
• Anschließend kannst Du von Oktober bis Dezember an einem WOL-Circle teilnehmen, wenn Du möchtest. Wir helfen Dir dabei, eine passende Kleingruppe zu finden und stellen Eurer Gruppe einen Arbeitsbereich bereit und bieten Dir eine monatliche Online-Sprechstunde mit erfahrenen WOL-Experten an, wenn es Fragen gibt.
• Unterstützend gibt es in dieser Zeit einige Online-Seminare zu Themen aus dem WOL-Umfeld, wie z.B. einen Twitter-Workshop für den Einstieg in diese Plattform.
• Am 14. Januar 2021 treffen wir uns wieder online mit allen Teilnehmern/-innen zu einem WOL-Recap und berichten uns gegenseitig von den Veränderungen und Erfahrungen aus dem Programm.

Die Online-Einführungsveranstaltung und Anmeldung zur #WOL Season 2020

In dieser Einführungsveranstaltung erfährst Du, was WOL ist und wie die WOL-Circles ablaufen. Dazu gibt es einige Erfahrungsberichte von ehemaligen „WOLis“. Du kannst Dich dann anschließend entscheiden, ob Du an dem aktuellen Circle teilnehmen willst. Natürlich kannst Du auch teilnehmen, um einfach so etwas mehr über WOL zu erfahren!

Wie kann ich an den WOL-Circles Season 2020 teilnehmen?

Du kannst an dem #WOL-Circle als Einzelperson teilnehmen oder Dich mit anderen Teilnehmern/-innen Deiner Gemeinde/Werk anmelden. In den zwölf Wochen wirst Du Dich normalerweise einmal wöchentlich online oder in Person (wenn ihr Euch z.B. als Gruppe aus einem Ort zusammen anmeldet) mit Deiner Kleingruppe treffen.

Wir empfehlen generell, dass die Kleingruppe aus einer heterogenen Gruppen von Personen besteht, d. h. aus Männern und Frauen, Alten und Jungen, etc. Es ist nicht so sehr wichtig, dass alle in der Gruppe die gleichen persönlichen Ziele verfolgen. Es geht v. a. darum, dass Du die Methoden von #WOL anhand des Ziels besser kennenlernst. Deshalb ist es eher etwas hinderlich, wenn alle TeilnehmerInnen einer Gruppe das gleiche persönliche Ziel verfolgen.

Ideen für deine persönliche Ziele mit #WOL

Teil der ersten Phase des #WOL-Programms ist die Definition eines persönliches Ziels, an dem Du innerhalb der zwölf Wochen die Methoden und Ideen des Konzeptes „ausprobieren“ kannst. Diese Ziele können im Konzept generell von „Ich möchte Spanisch“ lernen bis hin zu „Ich möchte Twitter besser kennenlernen“ reichen. Im Umfeld von Gemeinde und Kirche können Ziele z. B. folgendermaßen definiert werden:

• Ich möchte mein Projekt X bekannter machen.
• Ich möchte Know-How im Thema X erlangen.
• Ich möchte eine Alexa-Skill entwickeln.
• Ich möchte einer bestimmten Zielgruppe X vom Glauben an Jesus erzählen.
• Ich möchte ein soziales Projekt bekannt machen.

Christian Lunkenheimer ist Pastor der Freien evang. Gemeinde Gevelsberg und forscht an der Theologischen Hochschule Ewersbach zum Thema Kirchenentwicklung. Außerdem schlägt sein Herz für die Weiterbildung und bringt sich als Trainer ein.

„Kirche braucht mehr Working Out Loud. Raus aus den Silos, dem Fokus auf “Was habe ich davon?” sondern einfach gemeinsam sichtbar unterwegs sein – mit den Fragen, Antworten und allem dazwischen.”

Im letzten Jahr hat er mit dem Konzept WOL Kontakt bekommen und ist von dem Potenzial des Konzepts für die Gemeinde und Kirche begeistert. Er berichtet davon in seinem Blog.

Rudi Töws ist Ingenieur in der Automobilbranche und engagiert sich als Künstler und Fotograf in zahlreichen Communities. Viele kennen seine Bilder von Veranstaltungen wie der „MEHR“ und der „SCHØN“-Konferenz des Gebetshaus Augsburg, Awakening Europe u.v.m. Im „VORREITER Think Tank “ für Menschen mit unternehmerischer Leidenschaft aber auch in der Kunstszene hat er in den letzten Jahren mehrere WOL-Circles initiiert und dabei spannende Erfahrungen mit dem Konzept gemacht.
